Dear member

It has been proposed that we consider moving the AGM forward from its current date in early January to a date early in November. The rationale behind this is to elect next season’s officials soon after the current season ends to facilitate the work that needs to continue through the winter period.

This is particularly relevant to the colts section where we need to change our current structure to accommodate the award of “Focus Club” status and to ensure that ground work and Social projects such as the “50 Year celebrations” continue to be worked on though the winter months

It is the committee’s recommendation that the membership consider the proposal and you are invited to attend the “Vice Presidents” day on the 12 September 2010 to vote on this proposal
