To order Old Woking CC kit please print off the order form and complete relevant details.  Sizing information is at the bottom of the second page.  Completed forms can either be sent to Jeremy Rayne, 10 Corrie Road, Old Woking, Surrey GU22 9JP, or left behind the bar at the club. 

Please ensure that cheques are include with the order form and should be payable to Surridge Sports as indicated on the order form and need to have name, address and card number written on the back.

If you would like kit please get forms and payment to Jeremy Rayne. Orders from now on will be placed at the end of every month.
