Hi All,

This is just a quick reminder that pre-season training is now well under way and it would be great to see as many faces there as possible

With a host of coaches running the sessions players have been grooving batting techniques, working on fielding skills and making full use of the 4 lane net facility.

We have also been fortunate to have a fully qualified personal trainer on hand to up general fitness levels and offer expertise on all things exercise!
